Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This policy explains how Sparkd Reps (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information in our customer relationship management system SPKRD Blaze at sparkdreps.spkrd.io (the “Service”), including the pages we send to customers and prospects. The Service is built and operated by PadPros LLC for Sparkd Reps.
1. Who uses the Service
The Service is a private business tool. Only our authorized team members (sales representatives and administrators) can sign in. Customers and prospects only see pages we send them by text message or email, such as content pages, presentations and forms.
2. Information we collect
From our team members
- Name, work email address, mobile number, profile photo and sign-in details.
- If they choose Sign in with Google: their Google account email address and basic profile, to confirm who they are.
- If they choose to connect Google Calendar: access to their calendar events (see section 4).
About customers and prospects
- Business and contact details such as company name, contact names, phone numbers, email addresses and business address.
- Notes, meetings, and messages exchanged by text or email with our team.
- Information a business submits through our secure forms to open an account, which may include tax ID (EIN) details and identity documents. These are encrypted when stored.
- Engagement with pages we send: when a page is opened, buttons tapped and how much of a video is watched, with basic device and browser information.
3. How we use information
- To manage our relationships with customers and prospects, and to follow up on their requests.
- To send texts and emails, and to show our team the replies.
- To schedule and keep track of meetings.
- To process account and setup applications.
- To keep the Service secure and working.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Google user data
Team members can connect their Google account. We ask only for the permissions below, and only after the team member agrees on Google's consent screen.
- Email address and basic profile (
openid, email): to identify the connected account and sign the team member in. - Google Calendar events (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events): to add meetings scheduled in the Service to the team member's Google Calendar (with a Google Meet link when requested), keep them updated or cancel them, and show the team member's existing Google Calendar events alongside their meetings in the Service.
How Google data is stored and protected
- Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted before they are stored.
- Calendar event details are kept only as needed to show and sync the team member's meetings.
- Google user data is used only to provide these features to the team member who connected the account. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not used to train AI or machine-learning models, and not shared with anyone except as needed to provide the feature, to comply with the law, or with the team member's permission.
- People do not read Google user data, except with the team member's permission, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.
Disconnecting Google
A team member can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Calendar page in the Service. This revokes our access with Google and deletes their stored Google tokens. They can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Text messages
We send text messages to customers and prospects who have a business relationship with us or have asked to hear from us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
6. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only for that purpose:
- Hosting and database providers.
- Phone and text messaging (Dialpad).
- Email delivery providers.
- Link shortening (Rebrandly).
- Google, for Calendar sync and Sign in with Google.
- An AI provider (Anthropic), which may process customer and prospect business information to suggest content and next steps. Google user data is never sent to AI providers.
We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to authorized team members, encrypt sensitive information when stored (such as Google tokens, API keys and secure form uploads), and limit sensitive applications to a small group of named staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Keeping and deleting information
We keep information for as long as needed for the business relationship and our legal obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to see, correct or delete information about you by contacting us (section 10). Unsubscribe links in our emails and replying STOP to our texts take effect right away.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
