Terms of Service

These terms apply to SPKRD Blaze, the customer relationship management system at sparkdreps.spkrd.io and the pages it sends (the “Service”), provided by Sparkd Reps (“we”, “us”) and built and operated by PadPros LLC. By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is a private business tool. Our team uses it to manage customers and prospects, send texts and emails, share content and presentations, schedule meetings and process account applications. Customers and prospects may open pages we send them, but only authorized team members can sign in.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are given only to people we authorize, such as our employees and sales representatives.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens under your account; tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend or remove access at any time, for example when someone leaves the team or breaks these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, deceptive or harassing.
• Send texts or emails to people who haven't agreed to hear from us, or keep contacting someone who has opted out (for example by replying STOP or unsubscribing).
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything harmful such as malware.
• Try to get into accounts, data or parts of the Service you aren't allowed to, or interfere with how it works.
• Copy, download in bulk or share customer or prospect information except to do your job for us.

4. Customer and prospect information

Information in the Service belongs to Sparkd Reps and is confidential. Use it only for our business and handle it as described in the Privacy Policy. Sensitive information, such as tax ID details and identity documents submitted through our secure forms, may only be viewed by the staff we name for that purpose.

5. Google services

You can choose to connect your Google account, to sign in with Google or to sync meetings with Google Calendar. By connecting it, you allow the Service to access your Google data as described in our Privacy Policy, only to provide those features. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service. You can disconnect at any time from the Calendar page in the Service or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Text messages and email

If you receive texts from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Other services we use

The Service works with other companies' services, such as Dialpad (calls and texts), Google, Rebrandly (short links), email providers and AI providers. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability.

8. Ownership

The Service, its software, design and content belong to PadPros LLC, Sparkd Reps or their licensors. These terms don't give you any ownership rights. Content you add stays yours or your organization's; you give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that information shown in it (including AI suggestions) is accurate or complete. Check important information before relying on it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sparkd Reps and PadPros LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Ending access

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue after access ends, such as confidentiality, ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability, will continue.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
